Hard gates (lookalike / directory wallet mismatch) are high confidence. Soft text and optional Jev scores add risk points but cannot clear a hard BLOCK. Site badges are not trust. PAY auto-completes the agent payment; BLOCK flags the attempt and refuses to sign.
